Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll also receive a follow-up email with order and shipping details shortly after payment.
Please allow 2 days for coffee bean roasting and production before dispatch.

We offer several shipping methods via StarTrack, Toll and TNT:

Overnight Shipping: Next business day for orders placed before the cutoff time

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this within 2–3 business days, please contact us:

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact the carrier directly. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will assist where possible.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
